Suites that run on every change and fail loudly. A test that can silently skip itself is not coverage, and we treat it as a defect.

Evidence over assertion
A passing check is not a result until it has fired against a known failure. We report what was measured, and we say plainly what could not be.
Local first
Finchory runs on the customer's machine and keeps their data there. It is a better product, and it removes an entire class of risk for the people using it.
Written down
Strategy, test plans and defects are recorded in a form someone else can pick up. Work that only lives in one person's head is not finished.
